Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide, and most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days of being placed. Our products ship directly from our supplier partners, so delivery times depend on where your item is dispatched from.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during sales periods, public holidays or due to customs and carrier issues.
Shipping cost. Shipping is a flat $6 AUD per order, no matter how many items you buy. Orders of $90 AUD or more ship free. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple items. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for this.
Tracking. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to update after dispatch. If tracking has not moved after 10 days, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Lost or delayed parcels. If your order has not arrived 25 business days after it ships, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full.
Delivery address. Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched. We do not deliver to PO boxes for larger items.
