By using dbcatco.com.au or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is operated by DB Cat Co, an Australian business (ABN 95 231 414 157).
Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you an order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. We may correct pricing errors, and if a price was clearly wrong we will offer you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Products. We aim to show colours, sizes and materials accurately, but screens vary slightly and measurements can differ by 1 to 3 cm. Product photos are for illustration. Please check the size and variant before ordering.
Pet safety. Our products are for cats under human supervision. Check items for wear regularly and stop using anything that is damaged or chewed through. Toys, tunnels and bowls are not a replacement for veterinary advice. Small parts can be a choking hazard for cats and children.
Consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how to claim.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual property. Content on this site, including text, photos and branding, belongs to DB Cat Co or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Website use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may update the site and these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
